This Website Privacy Policy explains how Solvexa Studios handles information when you visit SolvexaStudios.com, join studio updates, browse our content, or contact Player Support. It is separate from the privacy terms that govern our mobile games.
Game players: privacy practices inside Solvexa game applications are described in our Game Apps Privacy Policy. Game use is also subject to our Game Apps Terms.
1. Scope and who we are
Solvexa Studios (“Solvexa,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates SolvexaStudios.com and the studio-facing services available through this website. This policy applies to the public website, website newsletter sign-up, website contact/support forms, and other website interactions that link to this policy.
This policy does not replace the separate privacy policy for our downloadable games. When a game, app store listing, or in-game screen links to the Game Apps Privacy Policy, that app-level policy controls for the relevant game processing.
2. Information we collect
Information you choose to provide
- Newsletter information: your email address, optional name, subscription source, consent status, and confirmation/unsubscribe records.
- Support information: name, email address, selected game, support category, device/platform, app version, subject, message, and any information you voluntarily include in a support request.
- Communications and feedback: information you send to us by email, support form, or other studio contact channel.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, referring URL, timestamps, and server/security logs. We use this information primarily to deliver the site, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and understand basic website operation.
Please do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials through website support forms.
3. How we use information
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve SolvexaStudios.com.
- Respond to support requests, troubleshoot game issues, and keep a support history where reasonably necessary.
- Send studio news, challenges, or game updates when you have subscribed or where otherwise permitted by law.
- Confirm subscriptions, process unsubscribe requests, and maintain records necessary to honor communication preferences.
- Prevent spam, abuse, fraud, and misuse of our website or support systems.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and security of Solvexa Studios, our players, and others.
4. Legal bases where applicable
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on one or more lawful bases depending on the activity: consent for optional marketing communications; contract or steps requested by you when we provide requested support; legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the website and preventing abuse; and legal obligation where records or disclosures are required by law.
You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided with our communications.
5. How we share information
We do not sell website support or newsletter personal information for money. We may disclose limited information to:
- Service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, or email from the website, subject to appropriate obligations.
- Professional advisers where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security, or compliance purposes.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
- A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the studio, subject to applicable law.
6. Cookies and external services
The website may use cookies or similar local-storage technologies that are necessary for WordPress administration, security, preferences, or functionality. For example, the site may remember a visitor’s selected visual theme on their own device. These functional preferences are not used by the Solvexa theme to build an advertising profile.
If we later enable optional analytics, embedded media, advertising, or other third-party technologies on the public website, those services may process information under their own privacy terms and, where legally required, we will provide appropriate notice or consent controls.
7. How long we keep information
- Newsletter records: while you remain subscribed. After unsubscribing, we may retain a limited suppression/consent record as reasonably necessary to honor your choice and demonstrate compliance.
- Support records: for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain service history, prevent abuse, or meet legal needs. As an operational baseline, ordinary support records may be reviewed for deletion or anonymization after approximately 24 months unless a longer period is needed.
- Server/security logs: according to our hosting, security, and operational retention practices.
We may retain information longer where required by law, necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or needed for fraud/security investigations.
8. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to an applicable data-protection authority.
To make a website privacy request, use the Solvexa Player Support Center and choose Privacy / Data Request, or email privacy@solvexastudios.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Children
SolvexaStudios.com is a general studio website and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13, or below the minimum age required by applicable local law. Children should not submit newsletter or support information without appropriate parent or guardian involvement. Parents or guardians may contact us through the Support Center for privacy concerns.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled through the website. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information you sent to Solvexa has been compromised, contact us promptly.
11. International data transfers
Our website, hosting providers, email systems, or service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate legal mechanism or other recognized safeguard.
12. Third-party links and app stores
SolvexaStudios.com links to Google Play, social platforms, creators, and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies. Leaving SolvexaStudios.com or interacting with an embedded/linked third-party service may result in that third party receiving information independently from us.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Website Privacy Policy as the site, our studio operations, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted elsewhere on the site when appropriate.
